Because we are having the evening catered, we need to have the actual number of attendees by Nov 16, 2011. Thus we need to pre-sell all the 250 tickets to you and your guests. PLEASE GET YOUR TICKETS SOONEST.

Tickets will be available starting Wednesday Oct 12.
$25 per plate, $15 per child age 5 to 12
Fil-Am members at $20 and $10/child

Our Christmas Party tickets are now available!

Some had been distributed last night to Shirley V, Nida and Myla. We will be able to distribute more tickets to Fil-Am officers tonight. If you need tickets for your family and your guests, just email me or call Geline at 375-6031.

Warm greetings to everyone!

Reminder to all members and guests who bought tickets to our Fil-Am Christmas Party on Saturday Dec 3rd, at the Dillon Hall (Saint Joseph’s) in Kennewick. Doors open at 5:30pm.

Please note:

1. There will be no more tickets available for sale at the door, unless there are last-minute returns.

2. As you come in, please register at the door — to validate your tickets, and to drop your door-prize draw stubs in the raffle box. Also, if you have not renewed your Fil-Am membership for 2012, our membership committee will be at the registration table to help you.

3. Children with tickets (ages 5 to 12) need to have their dinner stubs clearly marked accordingly at the reception.

4. Children under 5 with no dinner stubs (free/no ticket) will have no plates of their own and will need to share parent’s plate.

5. Parents who want their child(ren) to participate in the Santa program need to bring gift-wrapped gift/s with the first name and last name of the child prominently written, and put this in the big box at the door when they come in. (Unless something happens to Santa — in which case we will let you know ASAP
